What are the Rules?
Contestants must agree that this is an online contest and their online behavior will be part of a subjective decision to choose contest winners.
Challenge entrants must agree to participate for the entire length of the program and do regular check-ins with the Nutrition for You staff.
Contestants that attempt to cheat the system or falsify information will be disqualified. You must also meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be medically stable and have no medical reason that you should not lose weight.
- You must have access to a phone for phone based coaching and have internet access. If you are not a U.S. resident you must speak English and have access to a land phone line. (No Cell Phones)
- You must be committed to making a real change in your life and agree to use the Nutrition for You program for the length of the challenge.
How will you decide on the winners?
The staff of Nutrition for You will provide statistics throughout the Challenge. Challenge participants will be measured based on performance
against the following criteria:
- Percent Body Weight Loss
- Record Keeping
- Eating Breakfast
- Exercise
- Monitoring Weight
- Sportsmanship
Does it Work?
Yes! Clients that follow our plan are very successful. In a previous challenge 100% of the participants that finished the challenge lost weight. The average weight loss was 1.5 pounds per week and the highest was nearly 3.0 pounds per week.
How Much Does it Cost?
The cost for the Challenge is $99.00 (US). This is a one time non-refundable charge for 12 weeks of the challenge. You can pay by credit card, or by personal check by special arrangement.
Is it safe and private?
Yes. As long as you are medically stable you can use our weight loss program unless your doctor has told you not to.
We keep all of your personal information private according to our privacy policy. For the Challenge we will
provide your username, weight loss percentage, and overall score to the other challenge partcipants. If we would like to
share any additional information about you it would only be with your permission.
What if I want to lose weight but not participate in the challenge?
If you do not want to participate in the Challenge we encourage you to select one of our other Nutrition Plans.
Are there Prizes?
Yes, there are prizes for those that finish the Challenge.
The top contestant will receive a Polar F6 Heart Rate Monitor
The top 5 contestants will receive an additional 3 months of Expert Nutrition.
Do I need a Gym Membership?
No. You do not need a gym membership but we will encourage you to excerise as part of your nutrition
coaching. Exercise is an important part of any weight loss program. If you do not have access to a gym we
can make recommendations on how to get exercise for your weight loss. If you do have a gym membership we
will coach you on the best way to make your exercise more productive for your weight loss.
